If you have account in Bank of America, you can do it online for a fee of $45 dollars (Wire Trnasfer). No worry about conversion rate, no news about big cash :)  फेरी लुटेरा को आँखा लाग्ला नी
Other banks also have such service.

Boys be careful.....
If you are giving money to anyone here for the money to be paid in Nepal... it will be money laundering... it is criminal offence.....
Plus,
what if this person dont pay your party in Nepal? who will guarantee it? use proper sources..... may be a lil bit expensive ... but do it the right way.....

Like someone suggested, you are better off sending via bank by paying a $45 fee at the regular exchange rate.
If you have $50,000 why do you even care about few rupees gain per dollar?
