Rent is $650 a month, everything included: internet, electricity, heat, gas. we are looking for a long-term female roommate (ideally, someone looking to stay for a year or longer)who is friendly and cooperative . The room is a good size, plenty of space for a queen bed and other furniture with closets. Rent could be negotiable.
