Dhoti company sponsored my H1 ,no job for 8mths. Now i am transferring my H1, but the problem is for payroll.

The offer letter was for $50,000, do i have to run the paycheck for $50,000? Can it be less ?

Guys, Advice!

if you are in OPT right now n want to change yr company before 1st October,, you dont need to have any pay-stuffs wht so ever.
if you r already on h-1, then a single pay-stuff (but the most recent one) is sufficient.
