As election is approaching,I was thinking about some leaders whom I like but donot have any updates about them.Some good leaders but not sure to win election.

So,Lets put the name of those leaders whom u think are intelligent,good enough for our country but not sure to win election.

   I will start mine

   LILA MANI POKHREL

           i feel sorry for him.lot more talented,capable,eloquist than the leaders of NC,UML but still outcasted  in the political scene.Don't u guys think people should elect these leaders if people think they smart enough and really want some good guys.I will hope he will win the election eventhough I don't know where is he running(might be sindhuli)

Not very interested in politics.But really interested in what will happen in that election. dying to see the result. cannot wait even 16days.i have the "click remote" like the adams sandler does. then have already clicked and see the result of election. OMG aba nepal ko bhabhisya k hune hola. yesto manchhe le k desh banaula.

i am not maoist and i dont have any relatives in maoist. i dont want to see any other parties ruling this country. i tired of facing all those overall development. i dot wanna see maoist  ruling the country but i want to see what they gonna do if they rule the country so guys lets give them a chance. 

Exactly dude..I am also tired of NC,UML,wanna c Maoist ruling the country

But guys isn't CA election is to write/Draft New Constitution Only??? and General Election will follow that will lead to Govern and Rule??

धारा ८३ मा सम्विधान सभाले यो आफै विघटन नभएसम्म संसदको समेत काम गर्नेछ भनेर स्पष्ट तोकिएको छ । संसदको समेत काम भनेको सरकार गठन गर्ने काम समेत हो ।

 

सम्विधान सभाले आफ्नो मूल काम (नयाँ सम्विधान बनाउने) सकेर विघटित भए पछि मात्र शुद्ध संसदको चुनाव हुनेछ, नयाँ सम्विधानले तोके बमोजिमको विधीद्वारा ।

Article 83:

 

83. Act in the Capacity of the Legislature-Parliament:

 

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Part, the Constituent Assembly shall also act as Legislature-Parliament until the Constituent Assembly remains in force, and the Constituent Assembly may constitute a separate committee to conduct necessary regular legislative functions.

 

(2) The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Constituent Assembly shall be the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislature-Parliament respectively.

 

(3) The Secretariat of the Constituent Assembly and the personnel therein shall also be the Secretariat and personnel of the Legislature- Parliament.

 

(4) When acting in the capacity of the Legislature- Parliament by the Constituent Assembly, the provisions contained in Part 9 shall be applicable to the Assembly with necessary modifications.

८३. व्यवस्थापिका-संसदको हैसियतमा काम गर्नेः

 

(१) यस भागमा अन्यत्र जुनसुकै कुरा लेखिएको भए तापनि संविधान सभा कायम रहेको अवधिभर सो सभाले व्यवस्थापिका-संसदको काम समेत गर्नेछ र नियमित विधायन सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कार्य सम्पादन गर्न संविधान सभाले छुट्टै समिति गठन गर्न सक्नेछ ।

(२) संविधान सभाका अध्यक्ष तथा उपाध्यक्ष व्यवस्थापिका-संसदका क्रमशः सभामुख र
उपसभामुख हुनेछन् ।

(३) संविधान सभाको सचिवालय र त्यसका कर्मचारीहरु व्यवस्थापिका-संसदको
सचिवालय र कर्मचारी हुनेछन् ।

(४) संविधान सभाले व्यवस्थापिका-संसदको हैसियतमा कार्य सम्पादन गर्दा भाग ९ का
व्यवस्थाहरु आवश्यक हेरफेर सहित संविधान सभालाई लागू हुनेछन् ।

Guys,

 I m in doubt.R they gonna have another general election right after CA election?If CA is only to choose president and write constitution,what's the meaning of so many parties competing?There should be only 2 parties: Monarch and Republic....U know wat i mean?

नेपालको अन्तरिम सम्विधानको धारा ६४ मा सम्विधानसभाको कार्यकाल (term) तोकिएको छ । अब कति समय तोकिएको छ भनेर चाही नभनुम् होला, तपाईलाई सम्विधान पढ्न बाध्य पार्न यसो भनेको हुँ है । एनिवे, त्यो अवधी पछि मात्र व्यवस्थापिकाको चुनाव हुन सक्छ, त्यस अघि होईन । त्यो अवधी सकिएपछि पनि तत्काल चुनाव गर्न खर्चिलो वा झ्याउ लाग्यो भने चुनावलाई केही समय पर सारेर चुनाव नहुन्जेल यही मिति नाघेको सम्विधान सभाले नै अन्तरिम संसदको रुपमा काम गर्ने निर्णय पनि हुन सक्छ । त्यसैले संविधान सभाको चुनाव सकिन पा'छैन अर्को संसदको चुनाव हुनुपर्ने हो कि भन्ने तपाईको शंका हटाउनु भए हुन्छ ।

कहिले हुन्छ त संसदको चुनाव चाही भन्नुहुन्छ भने मैले माथि नै भनिसकें सम्विधानको धारा ६४ खोल्नुहोला ।

I know Amik sherchan and lila mani, both are very much corrupt,  you will know it if you compare their then and now where they stand. Well said, they are lacking opportunity to enlist themselves among the corrupts.

             I don't know nothing about those leaders.I went to couple of their meetings and was impressed.More importantly,i have been keeping track of their parties, especially wat do they about certain situations in the country and every time they have some legitimate reasons.Though they are from a small party,i personally think they represents most of Nepali and their sentiments............

    I would be glad to know their  corruption..pls share those things so that we can know who is better....keep posting guys!!!!!!!!!!!!
