Take my words he will not risk it becaue i am sure he will not win from anywhere if its afree and fair election
so he wont take a chance in kathamndu but some where remote wheer he can get the vote by hook or crooke and with the support of so called extrimist YCL and his Maoist Cadree.... then only he has a chance.. but cleanly he has no chance
