It was a clear case of murder. Reasons

1. Why would driver survive after such a fatal accident
2. The place where they died called dasdhunga is considered much safer place compared to other place for driving
3. The driver was murdered later. Probably he was demanding money or something. He was killed in order to hide the evidence.

Madan Bhandari was definitely killed in a planned accident. The straight guess is CIA and/or RAW. As someone has already pointed out that the place is lot more safer one in the Mugling-Narayangad section.

After the accident, Amar Lama made a small wound in his leg himself so that it would look like an real accident, which he accepted later. so many questions...

Madan bhandari was killed by some of his party members . I feel the real reason why amar lama was later killed was he definitely become a threat and the the real murderer behind the scene were scared that he might leak out the consipiracy.

Accident can kill anybody anywhere...that's why we call accident.

What if we look at it this way
1. There are lots of accidental cases in which logically noone should survive but some people do.
2.maybe the guy was drunk or whatever plus there is always first time for anyplace no matter how safe its considered.
3.Some of their party cadre were so devasted that they killed the guy.

Again, just looking at different side of the coin. This also doesnot mean that they were not murdered.
