Its been a interesting week for us. 1. Immigration Law (hopeful to so many) 2. Then come Libby speaking out Loud. Do we smell of New President of US? Bush did say, he will go to the root of the case to find who did leak the information, and today John Kerry said, Bush the president needs to go no further than a mirror. Whats your say? --

I read it too. It's kind of fishy! Nonetheless, if what Libby said turns out to be true, it would be very interesting to see what unfolds in Capital Hill. It would be a serious abuse of authority and breach on trust on presidents part playing with people's life who are working for the country. That too, as a secrete agent. VP Cheney is equally to be blamed. Looks like the monkey has swung enough with the buffoon. (Bush and Cheney) Sala haru le bill pani illegal haru ko lagi matra ramro hune lera aucha. Nothing wrong with that as long as those who pay thousands of dollars in taxes are taken care of as well. Khai ke ke. Than again, it's not my country. IndisGuise:)

If Scooter Libby is right than you never know. He said yesterday that he got OK from Bush and Chenny about the Leak. I have a feeling we will see some interesting change in politics and I won't be surprise if Chenny and Carl Rove reigns.

Guys think about it this way. If George Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld wanted to pull a big heist, they could do that easily. I would not be surprised if that's what they did. Those three could do anything and get away with it mostly. I mean, anyone has to do whatever they say, if one of the three say it's presidents order. And noone can ask anything from them if they say it's classified. I heard that from hundreds of millions dollars worth of gold under the world trade center, only couple of million dollars worth was recovered. And there were billions of dollars worth of insider trade the day before 9/11 all the evidence of which got blown up with the world trade center on 9/11. Bush has millions of dollars investment in the Saudis. He benefits from it. Dick Cheney's company Halley burton has made billions from this. I bet donald's got some benefits as well. Even the smartest of crooks makes mistakes. The mistakes will come out one day.

AP98, I think this is one is much worse than increasing fuel price which could be attributed to various factors, not to mention the fact that they can easily manipulate the forces if need be - at least for some time. But this one is a colossal breach of trust from the first man on the nation and will/should be unacceptable. Clinton doing oral with Monica is an impeachment case, then this one should be straight "tata" to Bush and Cheney, if proved. Ax, I know a guy in NY who got GC as recently as last year who was illegal for many years. From what I have heard, it did not take even a year for him to get that. The guy who told me the news is closely related to the "said" guy. He worked/works in some store I guess. Maybe you should have followed suit while you were in NY.:p But alas you had to move to Cali, get married, nice job and buy a house. I feel sad for you already. LOL. And now you are seeking for the fourth piece of puzzle - GC? Damn! Some people eh'! :) I have only one of those four stuffs and look at me - I am as happy as they come. Oh, did I count that being married in the "good" list? :P On the serious note - I thnk they should have a process of allowing people with specialized degree to apply for GC simply by virtue of having that degree, much like Canada and Australia. Would not this country be heaven then? IndisGuise:)

Well said Indi, AX wants the Fourth Puzzle GC, and then he might want to be President of US.. and the greed increases as you achieve your greediness. LOL Hmm, Illigal le ta GC paune almost pakka pakki nai bho, aba legal who are under H1 le ta 4 yrs kurnu parne re apply gare pachi, and that too employer le sponsor garyo bhane matraiii, I am happy for fellow citizen who might get some Legal status to GC to Citizenship but its unfair for those who worked hard for their degree and working legally but still the process seems to be longer. Indi should write his proposal to CONGRESS " On the serious note - I thnk they should have a process of allowing people with specialized degree to apply for GC simply by virtue of having that degree, much like Canada and Australia. Would not this country be heaven then? " La ma ta vagen aba, natra AX bru le chakka parne vo malai, Have a wonderful weekend and hope by Monday i get Mr. President's resignation on my Desk, LOL Cheers.

"Have a wonderful weekend and hope by Monday i get Mr. President's resignation on my Desk, LOL" LMAO. Hahahaha. If that does not materialize, we shall raise the issue in congress - say-what Dc bro? :) At times like these I am reminded of how wonderful it is on our part of the world, i.e., South Asia. When Laloo Prasad Yadav aka Lalluwaaa had to go, what did he do? Simply put Rabri Devi aka Raabadi on the throne. LOL But one can never be certain with Bush. He is capable of doing anything. I can already see AX's eyes lighting up. Say-what AX bro? Would bhauju fancy being the first lady? LOL. In jest, IndisGuise:) P.S: I am a Laloo fan though and I want to seek wife just like Rabri Devi ;).

Bush has said that anyone found to have leaked the identity of Valerie Plame will be dealt with. Cool. He has also recently said that he, as a president, has the authority to disclose classified information in the interest of national security. This should remind you all that he is above the law and makes his own when needed. It will only be foolish of you to think he will have to go because of Libby speaking out.

Just tracking my trails. . . AP98, I agree that the significant increase in the price have accounted for gigantic profitability for big oil companies. I remember reading an article which mentioned that the earning for these corporations would be superior to that of combined earning of telecom and industrial companies in United States. Now, by any account, we indeed are talking about something 'interesting' here. However, just for the sake of it, $300 billion profit in oil for 3 months dwarfs the fact by miles. A quick look at Exxon's press release for the fourth quarter, 2005 (4Q - 05) results, which is one of the giant in this business, illustrates the net profit in the proximity of $10.71 billion not factoring the special gain. Upon pondering further, what I have come to understand is, the total net profit for these companies should be in the range of $100 billion "per annum" with Exxon contributing in excess of $36 billion. Thus, let's just say $300 billion of profit in 3 months could not have been true and was overstated by leaps and bounds. Besides, there are various other factors that determine the price of the said "liquid," if IMF is to be believed. (IMF ko site ma cha ke research about structure of oil market and causes of high price and incidentally - this research shit, it appears, was approved by some Indian guy. Darn! They are everywhere. The thought just hit my head, so...) But yes, Bush must have felt the heat up his ass, but methinks, it just warmed him throughout the nippy winter. Know-what-I-mean? But think of this bro, would you land on fire to escape from sun heat? Exactly! I think Bush would not either. Especially post Sept. 11 scenario, you know how highly they - the American Public - hold the servants of the nation serving in dangerous assignments? As stupid as Bush "may be," he could not have outdone himself and totally act like a dictionary substitute of an "idiot" - literally speaking. (That is - if he already does not 'appear' so.) Anyways, as reported in the news - the Libby guy goes, Bush approved for this disclosure of a highly classified intelligence assessment to defend the Bush administration's decision to go to war with Iraq. Anyways. . . I was just wondering if he would be formally impeached or not - at least? Of course, that shall hinge on the finding behind Libby’s statement. The chances are thick, but we would not even know what's going to happen in our own country let alone the way the world around us works. Ki kaso? ;) I just hope DcK had president's resignation on his desk in a crisp "classified" - highly at that - envelop past Monday. Natra ma pani tyre balera dhunga sunga hanera peaceful protest garna auchu DC tira. I hope the cops out there would not be as cruel. ;) IndisGuise:) P.S: Ax bro, mathi ko biha-bari ko kura chitta nabuje maafi pam. :) Nice one up there Arko.

i am still not convinced why Bush wants to give amnesty to 11 million illegal immigrations. he is sending the wrong message to people across the world. he just wants another 11 million people to become illegal again in usa in another 5 years. he Bush should step down.................

. are you kidding me? america NEEDS these immigrants. the US is the only developed country not facing a population crisis brought on by the unwillingness of people in these economies to reproduce. the starkest example is probably japan, where they have a very closed immigration policy and the scandinavian countries which has not been able to attract as much immigrants as it would like to - despite all the efforts. the only reason US population is holding up is because of immigration. "native" reproduction rates in the US are also paltry. america needs these people for its economy - not not just because they are providing cheap labor for work other americans won't do.

Bornfreen, You are correct. But there are two sides of the coin. He wants "cash" for the budget, and deficits are growing. Illegals, after being legal would pay hundreds of millions of dolars in taxes. This is the prime reason. This humanity, and this and that is all camouflaged effects only. Like they say - there is nothing called freen lunch in America. Enough said! IndisGuise:)
