do you think its a good way to adverstise your competatior as a weak one...we can see that on many commercial nowadays..from COke Vs Pepsi, DHL vs UPS , Microsoft(hence microsoft never adverstises like that, but their competatior do it a lot) vs Linux...and many more...is it a good and healthy competition?? i am even suprised that this kind of advertisement is legal on country like America ...shouldnt be some kind of ethics on doing bussiness, respect for each other....

No wonder. That is what freedom of speech. Who cares about an ethic as long as you are free to do whatever you want to. An ethic sounds good just to impose it to underpaid employee within an organization. Commercial has nothing to do with the Business ethic. Just my view.

Well I like this kind of business environment. First of all it compells all sellers to bring the best stuff in the market, that creates more competition. as you know "fittest always survives" or darwinism "survival of the fittest" that should be the main motto of all businesses. Second of all i think this kind of advertisings or commercials are popular among commodities. it is good for consumers. it allow consumers to differentiate their choices. as long as your company follows the regulation why shouldn't such ads be allowed? Ethical? sure in some respects but not all. cost & benefit analysis... it disallows small company to prosper. does that make sense??? cheers
