I was admitted to the US as an F1 student and then converted to an H1B through change of status. I am filling out my I485 and need to fill in details of I94.

The electronic I94 through the CBP online record shows class of admission as F1 and expiration as D/S. However, since my current immigration status is H1B, I am confused what details to provide for I94 since I haven't been outside US after I entered as an F1.
For the question, "Expiration date of authorized stay shown on i94", should it be D/s or the expiration date mentioned in the I94 slip that came with the H1b Change of status?
Status on form I94: Should it be F since I entered as F or should it be H since am currently in H1b?

Thank you very much for your response, but what about the CBP I94, don't I need to refer it in the application? Is the bottom half of the H1B status notice a valid I94? Do I need to mention the situation in the cover letter?

@kanchadai, I used the expiration date of the 2nd H1 approval I94. My class of admission was H1B but D/S had expired. It's better to consult with the attorney on these questions.

Adding the explanation is a good idea. Your case inst unique, lots of folks have the same case. USCIS folks will understand.

@sm5275: So do you mean that you used the I94 form that was attached with the H1b as your I94 records and not the I94 from CBP website since it was no longer relevant as you were no longer in F1?

@kanchadai, Yes, in my case, the Class of admission is H1B on CBP I-94 as I went for stamping.
