Hi Sajha Friends,

I got TPS receipt notice with incorrect name and date of birth. I verified softcopy of my application and everything that i put seems to be correct.

As soon as I got receipt (last month), I called customer rep. and put service request. I got mail last week stating that they could not correct, it will be corrected by officer at the time of adjudication.

Problem is my biometric appointment also contains wrong name, due to which i couldn't visit ASC for my biometric appointment.

Has anybody been into such situation and/or have any idea what is the best step to take next.

They will correct it when you go for Biometrics. I had the same issue, my name in the notice came correctly but found out they made a mistake when i got to my Biometrics location. They changed it there and asked to call USCIS to create a ticket.
However, My EAD came with incorrect Name, So i created a ticket again . They told me to send the EAD with a copy of my passport so they could send me a corrected one.

Hope this helps.
