I got reply from USCIS today after 2 weeks and says "To benefit from the provisions of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS0 Program, an applicant must file a complete application within the designated registration period. The TPS registration period under which you filed your application ended. Your application was postmarked after. Your application was untimely and is therefore rejected." does anyone have same issue,

@nakale, I talked with USCIS officer and she said to reapply, as there is no other reason than time issue. can you type what your letter says. As my rejection comment is as follows, "To benefit from the provisions of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS0 Program, an applicant must file a complete application within the designated registration period. The TPS registration period under which you filed your application ended. Your application was postmarked after. Your application was untimely and is therefore rejected."

@Problemsolver, My letter says: "To benefit from the provisions of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS Program, an applicant must file a complete application within the designated registration period. The TPS registration period under which you filed your application ended. Your application was postmarked after. Your application was untimely and is therefore rejected." "Please be sure to complete the application fully, submit the appropriate fees, and include all required supporting documentation." I made a second call to USCIS officer around noon. After reviewing my application, she told me that it must be human error as she could not find any issue in the application. So, she suggested me to reapply.

One of my friends wrote on his check "One hundred and thirty eight" in words, and $138 00/100 in number. Is this the valid way of writing? USCIS received his document 5,days ago, and he is just waiting for the e-notification.

I think it is. I donot know why people try to make things complicated when there is no need to write 00/100. Anyways,....

I received TPS Notification I797 from USCIS. The only one thing I updated in my form was, the validity of I-20, which was not provided. I thought F-1 has no valid end date for stay as it is F1 D/S. How many weeks will I need to wait for Biometrics test letter?

What you mean you updated on your form? Mostly everyone is getting biometric appointment with in two weeks after you get your NOA letter.

@MimroRaMero: Why is it so hard for some people to read? LOL Biometric appointment letter clearly states what you need to bring.

@S_man It's ok. It's a human nature. Sometimes we know the things, but we ask to others to make sure. You see someone eating Bhat, but you ask "bhat khai rako". You know, and you see he/she is eating bhat, but you still ask :)

s_man23- The question was asked to MimroRaMero not to you. and I know i can read better than you. But can you read my question that I posted? Let me make it clear to you- I wanted to know what MimroRaMero took documents to ASC not that what we have to take.

@Mike: No, you cannot in million years read better than me or will have the kinda of common sense and intelligence that I have. Only fools will ask such minor stupid questions. He would obviously take documents that's mentioned on the letter. You think he got a special letter that's different than yours? That just shows how insecure you are.
