This guy somehow fell into the well and every passerby offer their help asking him to give his hand so he can be pulled out. He was there until the dust. One old man asked Nasuruddin to take his hand and finally he was pulled out of the well. 

So far Nepal government is like the character of this story. It does not have any rescue idea or plan even in Nepal forget about outside the country. They only need remittance, nothing else.
Even they cannot ask foreign government about their citizens in severe cases, you name it. They would like to bankrupt the nation but do not want to spend a penny for good cause.

Regarding rescue: We do not have a tow truck that will tow over 10 tons if a 18 wheeler gets disabled in highway it will be closed for days like Tribhuvan International Airport and we will request India to rescue us. We have 20 +  story houses; out fire truck's ladders may  not longer than 30 ft.  We live in a country in a havoc created by us not having simple plans that made publics life easy.  

How many fire stations we have in each city in Kathmandu Valley? I have seen only one in Judda Sadak. Now city needs altlest 10 stations. 

We sent a rhino that way but it seems to have lost its way and ended up in Hetaunda.

Yeah, I have read comparisons of construction worker deaths in Qatar to construction worker death building the Great Wall of China. The Great Wall of China is about two thousand years old... There is no reason why so many people should die in construction with all the safety technology available.
