I came in F1 visa. my visa expired in 2011. ani maile asylum gare. ahile green card cha. aba nepal jada kasari jane? ani auda k dekhayera aune? k nepal bata farkera auda visa hunu parcha ? or i can come just showing the green card? ma confuse vaerachu. airport ma ani immigration ma green card dekhaye pugcha ya aru kunai document chahincha? or embassy ma gayera green card dekhayera stamp lagaunu parcha . garne k ho? kasari garne? aja asylee vayera khas kasari jane ra aune ho? any experience plz share. ma ta nepal gayera bihe garera ani budi ko apply garna khojeko. dar lagiracha.......plz share the ideas. thank you so much .in advance........

You can always say that things have changed now. It was bad but now it's fine. USA is not a jail where you are going to be imprisoned for the rest of your life.

Bro just buy a ticket to delhi or mumbai. Get off the plane, then buy a ticket to kathmandu from the airport or have some else buy it for you ahead of time in your name n have them email you the itinerary.

I hope you have your nepali naggrigta bc you will need that to get into kathmandu from india n get back to india. Dont use your passport. (you dnt need to)

I dont think you should go with Funtush's advice (above me). When you land back here you dnt want to explain how things have changed in nepal therefore u traveled there. They might let you go but theres a chance they might start an investigation. So dont take that risk.
