Thats how women are. They get offended if they get rejected. They fantasize relationship and if their fantasy turns different turn then they act like the whole world has collapsed. I've been in that situation and I'm sure most of the guys. If the guy get rejected they'll move on by saying "what a bitch", but if a women get rejected they hold resentment for rest of their life. Life is too short to have so much anger inside you(you end up losing-Renuka lost a week of studies and a good friendship).

Rythm- girls are the one to tell everyone about their feelings. They can't keep their mouth shut and tell all their friends whether its love or hate. Women tend to use their emotion more than their head to make decision and if things go wrong their heart gets shattered and still use the same broken heart to make more decisions. I've seen very few independent minded women who use their own head to make decisions in life.

What do you call the men though who are ready to spit venom as soon as they are either rejected or break up with their gals? What do you call those men who go around telling how the gal was a bitch and how she wasnt really good? Women state their feelings; men speak crap. True, women might make some decisions with their emotions involved, but dont men do the same when faced with an emotional situation? And in the end I think that its the brain that does the resoning, not the non-existant emotion.

goredai, thanks but no thanks....there are a lot of people who never call a girl a bitch, I am one of them and am proud of it. I had been mocked by women when I was at a verge of spilling my heart out....and there were instances when I felt women liked me and I could not help them.Those some sporadic incidents which although not regular, attains regularity once one reaches adolescence. I have always respected women and forever would I.

Rythm, you broke my heart girl...Renu was the highest epitome of honesty and friendship, I would kill myself before I call her a bitch.

For all of you who got this story incorrect, this was a sad would have been love story, it has nothing to do with gender-bias whatsoever.

I did not mean to say that you called her a bitch. It was just a comment to what goredai was saying. I think that he made that girl look bad, when it should not have been that way. Your story was nice and touching. And by the way you have written it, I can guess that you do not have a ny harsh feelings towards her. Did not mean to break your heart!

I sometimes wonder if a guy/girl are just playing friends with each other or as a back up supplement. Hesitating to admit as a boyfriend or girlfriend, but enjoying each others company as much as they can- I wonder......
