I got reply from USCIS today after 2 weeks and says

"To benefit from the provisions of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS0 Program, an applicant must file a complete application within the designated registration period. The TPS registration period under which you filed your application ended. Your application was postmarked after. Your application was untimely and is therefore rejected."

does anyone have same issue,

Wow that's strange, seems like their internal server is not updated with the latest TPS stuffs for Nepal. May be somebody punched in June 24, 2015 as the end of registration period in their system. Good thing is that you can resend mentioning the registration time frame may be even with a print out of TPS for Nepal page from USCIS website. But u might wanna wait a while to see if others too get similar notice.

I guess I am not the first one to send, there might have been some application reached between June 24 and June 30. My application got their on July 01, it's strange. If it said some document was missing or forms incomplete, it would make some sense.

I will call them tomorrow and let's see what they say. it should be an error.

@ProblemSolver: I have received the same rejection form I-797C (Notice of Action) stating the above mentioned reason. However, statement after that says "Please be sure to complete the application fully, submit the appropriate fees, and include all required supporting documentation". Does your rejection form says the same? If so, then I believe we have done some mistakes in the form, miss some questions, or written check in improper format. Please keep posted after your talk with USCIS and I will do the same.

Problemsolver and nakale,

How long ago was your check deducted before you got his message from USCIS?
The whole reason for rejection doesn't make sense at all.

@satrianic,

They did not deposit my check at all. So, you should be fine as per your TPS updates in the other thread ;).

I talked to the USCIS officer an hour ago, she said either I had forgotten to sign the form which is not the case or improper format of the check.
So, I my case I believe, its the check issue as they had attached the check along with the rejection letter. And I realized that i had written the dollar amount in wrong format which is "Five Hundred Fifteen 00/100", D'oh!... instead of "Five Hundred Fifteen dollars and 00/100 cents".

I am planning to mail my package this afternoon. Let's hope it will get accepted this time. :)

@Nakale,

My letter just says the time has ended to apply, it doesn't say anything about missing document or incorrect answers.

@Satranic,

I had send cashiers check and don't know did they cash it or not.

@ProblemSolver,
Have you received a green letter along with the rejection form? I have received this letter which I have to place on the top of the applications when I re apply.

@nakale,

I talked with USCIS officer and she said to reapply, as there is no other reason than time issue.

can you type what your letter says. As my rejection comment is as follows,

"To benefit from the provisions of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS0 Program, an applicant must file a complete application within the designated registration period. The TPS registration period under which you filed your application ended. Your application was postmarked after. Your application was untimely and is therefore rejected."

@Problemsolver,

My letter says:
"To benefit from the provisions of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS Program, an applicant must file a complete application within the designated registration period. The TPS registration period under which you filed your application ended. Your application was postmarked after. Your application was untimely and is therefore rejected."
"Please be sure to complete the application fully, submit the appropriate fees, and include all required supporting documentation."

I made a second call to USCIS officer around noon. After reviewing my application, she told me that it must be human error as she could not find any issue in the application. So, she suggested me to reapply.
