I heard they just call you whether this person was/is employed here or not.. something they want in written?

Some companies contract it to companies who do the verification work only..in my case they contacted my old universities and my references to make sure I was legit. However, this might not be the case all the time. Sometime they just randomly to one or two places to just cross check the information provided.

usually 2-5 weeks normal time ho..mero ni nepal ko adress ta thyo tara international khasai bujhyo jasto ta lagena..mero chahi around 4 weeks lagya thyo..

 ani yo dhoti consulting company ko manche haru le kasari bharkhar graduate bhayeko manche haru lai 7 years experience bhanera verify gardo rahecha.. I have an offer searching a job on my own, but I did just like other dhoti company, how shall I cover those 7 years of experience when they verify the employment history? I also have link sent to me where I have to fill out all the info. The background checking company is HireRight.
