Folks, I'm applying for a visitor visa to France and I can see that the embassy requires Insurance. For those who've applied for visas to Schenghen countries before, how did you go about getting insured?

Brain teaser bro/sis
When I processed my visa application, I got my insurance from himalayan insurance or sound similar to that in Darbar marg. It was Rs 3000.00 only(It was 2005) . They should still be there you should check it. Sorry, it has been long time that i went there but i am sure they are there, And i apolozize for not providing exact name of the office.
