Nepal is going through one of the most important phases in its history - that of making a new constitution. For many, public consultation and inclusion will be critical factors leading to the ultimate legitimacy of the process and the credibility of the final outcome. Voices from Below: Constitution Making in Nepal is a new documentary that will be launched in late November 2010. A six minute preview has now been made available for the general public. The film seeks to convey the spirit of the constitution making process in Nepal and showcases people's voices, their hopes and dreams for the new constitution.
