You have to choose whats more important. Paisa ki paper.. I am also in a similar situation. I am not making as much money for my experience and education. If i find another job i will make a lot more than what i am making. I know cuz i interviewed and got a few offers that i couldnt take because my employer is filing my paperwork. Arko company le ni paper ta file garcha but PERM ko process bich ma chadna mann lagena cuz that means paper jhan dhila aaucha. Sojho_Bahun i suggest paile paper banau ani paisa kamaulau.

@sojhobahun: Mero bichar ma keto farar has point, if employer is filing perm than its better to stick with them until you get everything settled.

My recommendation is go to new employer but ask to start PERM process as soon as possible and tell them this is make or break for you, on accepting the job offer. Right now the ball is in job seeker’s court. Since you already have backup plan, your current job, don’t be afraid to be clear and upfront about PERM with California people. There is no law that says you have to wait a year to start PERM. Tell them I need it started ASAP.
