http://www.ice.gov/doclib/sevis/pdf/stem-list.pdf The link is a list of stem majors (i myself is a stem graduate but did not know the long list of majors in stem). But you can't just jump in to any stem majors for grad study. You have to narrow down which majors you think you will like to study. For eg, If you don't like calculus, then you can't go for physics for grad school or if you don't like working in lab, you should not go for biology/chemistry or related majors. So see the list and think and narrow down the majors.

Agriculture does, and your research/courses could be economics intensive. I also know a few people with PhD in Ag -economics working for world bank, ADB etc...Personally, I don't suggest anyone to choose science these days, specifically biological science, Agriculture, physics etc... Go for international relations, political science, Ag-economics is hence good option in this case. You get to work with interesting people and travel around the world. Life is all about letting yourself explore...I regret myself for spending so many years doing BS, MS and PhD in Biological science. Feeling crappppp
