Cooking is like talking, it is an art. You do not have to follow exact reciepe.
Achhar ; it is combintion of amilo , piro and noon .
Once I was in remote hilly area, we had achar from bhat.
Trail and error makes your perfect.

clean dhaniya
chop dhaniya
put chopped dhaniya, salt, little bit of powder jira, little bit of ginger garlic paste into grinder.
Then grind till it becomes paste. Put some lemon juice if you want.
It is ready to eat.
