Hi Anup,
your mo: mos look good.

I see wild blackberries everywhere ( they are organic and healthy), even though some Nepalese don't know they're edible, I thought it's a good idea to share berry crumble recipe. Would you like to try to make it? It is easy to make this delicious dessert.

@ herealone
Well, the main places that wild blackberries wouldn't be organic would be near a road (because of vehicle exhaust) or near agricultural land where herbicides or pesticides might be sprayed. Maile ta testo thaunko khanu hudaina bhanera obviously sabailai thaaha hola bhanera detail ma lekhina. Anyway, thank you for the correction!
I couldn't understand what you meant by "some berries look exactly like berries." Ma basne yo saano city ma blackberries nikai invasive chha. Mero bichaarma edible blackberries sajilai chinna sakinchha. Maile aru berries like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries sakesamma yehako local farm bata kinchhu.

theres a difference between organic and 100% organic. it a food is not 100% organic then they mention it as just organic.
and blackberries look similar to many other berries. So, when ure in the wild and see something similar to black berries make sure u make it sure.

and veg momo is best made from iskus. mix it with tofu( dried tofu )...damn good!

@Herealone... Nepali haru ko khutta taanne prabiti kaile najaane bhayo.. If someone is sharing what they know to do then learn to appreciate. If you don't have good words then don't spread bad either. There are a lot of Nepalese who don't even know how to make tea or steam rice. If you know how to cook doesn't mean everyone would know either. Instead pour in your ideas how things can be made better.

@Herealone... I am not saying you to give positive feedback all the time. I did not like the way you said, "Haha k k an special recipe hola bhaneko ta . Tei almost each Nepali le banaune beg momo recipe raicha . Why can't u come with something good . Tei jaile sab Lai aune pakaune recipe bhanya cha bhanya cha " You could have said this in a positive way without pouring your negative thoughts.
Ani Nepali le ek arka lai appreciate garne bhaeko bhae Nepal would have been much better.

Thanks for the share bro. I'm mostly vegetarian, and like eating veg momo. Can you also show sweet veg momo? I don't know what's Khuwa called in here, but I used to like Khuwa ko veg momo.

@Herealone, Sorry if my videos are simple and everyday foods for you. As Newari_baucha said, yes there are a lot of people who still don't know how to cook and my sole purpose for making videos are mostly for those people who don't cook and want to learn basics of cooking. This is why I keep my videos simple and easy to follow. Also I am not trying to show that I am a cool guy who knows how to cook,I am just sharing what I know.

@shruti_P, I would definitely make some dessert recipes. But just so you know, not everything that grows are edible. I suggest you to buy from stores that are labeled organic if you are looking for one.

@geology_Tiger, I don't know about low carb flour but you can definitely use organic flour that are unbleached if you are health conscious. They are easily available in any supermarkets.

@Ramas, Khuwa in US is called concentrated milk solids. You can easily find in Indian grocery stores in the freezer with name KHOA or MOWA. They are frozen and all you need to do is mix it with little warm milk. They do not taste exact but is very similar. Good Luck.

" not everything that grows are edible."

Hey Anup, either you didn't read my comments properly or you just misunderstood me. I have never said that "everything that grows are edible." It would be really insane to say something like that. I don't like when people twist my words based on their own assumptions. I was talking about just "WILD BLACKBERRIES."What I wrote was very innocuous. I have learned from experienced local senior citizens that in the US there really is no other berry that looks like a blackberry (especially growing on long, thorny stems) and is toxic. Maybe there are something in amazon rainforest that's similar. I've been searching and searching and searching on the internet if there are any kinds of toxic plants looking like blackberries, but I couldn't find any. If anyone knows please kindly let me know. I'm a nature lover and I enjoy naturally grown food. Yes, I always make sure if they're edible. I always do this first under the guidance of some experienced person and suggest everyone to do the same. And I suggest to everyone please don't eat anything if you don't know for sure about what you are eating.

Ok, whether you are interested or not, I still liked to share this recipe to everyone. You will probably understand why I mentioned about wild blackberries. I had made this dessert for one of our big Nepalese gatherings when everyone loved. Many friends were asking for the recipe. My hope was that since your videos go beyond the Sajha, and people who know about wild blackberries could utilize them making this decent dessert. I can understand that this recipe maybe be a little complicated for you to make. Anyway, here is the recipe:
I prefer half raspberries and half blackberries, but you may use any berries or other fruits.
Blackberry and raspberry Crumble
1 quart blackberries and 1 quart raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
2-3 Tbl cornstarch (the smaller amount makes the fruit a little runnier, like pie)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups uncooked oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Combine first 4 ingredients and cook until it gets thick. Set aside.
Cut butter into dry ingredients.
Pat half the crumb mixture into 9x13 inch pan.
Pour berry filling onto crust. Top berries with remaining crumb mixture and pat down.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden.

@ herealone, thank you for your concern. I will certainly make sure if I'm trying eating something like new wild fruits. :)
