It can be either. USCIS cashed you check means, they have accepted your application for this year's H1-B. They are going to review it and make a decision based on your application. Accepted doesn't mean approved. Sorry, don't mean to discourage you but that is what it means. Good Luck.

it can be both approval or denial. but denial cases are rare. so, if your attorney filed with all the required documents, i am sure your case will be approved.

Yesai., For real?? was it so quick for you even on NPP?? My consultancy does not disclose anything. anytime I called in, they will just say...NOT YET...We are still waiting... Loosing the hope this year tooo....

czen, ya it was..i got a receipt no from my lawyer(today finally) and when i checked the status , it said "Approval notice sent yesterday".. Man..h1b is not a big thing(or it is?)..getting a Job in this recession is much important than getting a h1b..

Wow Congrats Yesai....well... for me , H1B is a big thing cause I already have a job. Working on CPT....you know how hard it is to maintain work stress and masters degree parallely. Anyways..thanks for your quick and prompt response......

So unusal thing happened: today at around 10 my attorney got a receipt and at 2 in the afternoon, e-mail of approval came. So fast.....
