Hey guys,
Does anyone have any idea or place where I can get my emission test get through without fixing my car in VA area? I have 98 model car which is in excellent condition, except its O2 sensor need to be replaced which will cost me tons of money. I heard there are places where they could get the emission test through without actually fixing the car. Anyone have any clue? Thanks
