This is for a friend:

Whens the earliest one can come to US once he recieves his F1 visa in Ktm. A friend of mine got the visa last week but his school doesn't start until Aug. Is it possible for him to travel early???

will appreciate your help!

No.  the rule is you can not enter USA more than 30 days prior to your orientation.

I agree with AAAA. You can't enter the US with an F-1 visa more than a month before the college starts.
