When PM of country and political leaders are busy in bargaining Ministerial Portfolio instead of solving any problem country is currently facing How can we expect anything positive to happen. I support Business Community in this regard of Bandha because the government has left no choice to them. They have been asking Maoist to stop extortion for last 10 months but the government nor Maoist did anything positive in this time.

The as_s holes maosits are good for nothing. I feel that seven party did a greatest mistake by considering these animals within democrary.

Wrong thigs they have done:
- taking guns in parliament
- beating business man
o business is heart of economy, how this bas_tards think that economy will rise if they spoil business group like this?
o They have no economic vision. Looting is their evergreen strategy. But this fools don’t have any idea that after sometime whom to loot, coz all will have nothing.
- Killed lots of innocents
- Emptying country’s fund in the name of funding their fuc_kers soilders.

The business man in question is the father of a friend of mine (we went to St. Paul's together) and this case has deeply affected my friends and I. What are the fugging maobadis trying to prove with all their gundagardi and extortions? Aren't they a part of the interim govt now? Isn't Prachanda stealing enough already from our nation's treasury? As per this case, we seriously need security for all our aged ones back home. I can't imagine the chaos, looting and destruction that were to take place if the maobadis came into power (which is highly likely during the next elections)...All i can say is the polls need to be stopped as it would surely be rigged in favor of the maobadis (forget loktantra, thanks to the gundatantra they've been implementing for the past few years).
Which fuggin idiot even made them a part of the interim govt?? They're goddamn terrorists whose principles of blood and tyranny are bound to fail. Any educated perosn knows that communism is a theory that was never ever meant to be implemented on us humans.

This kind of incidents are prevalent every day in courty side since last 10 years... yes since last ONE DECADE. Thousands have lost their lives, and other thousands are handicapped, others are tourtured and the list can go on and on. Virtually, there is no law in existence.

Hari Shrestha's attack is on the similar line. He is bold enough to come out and cry for help. He could gather the big community to awake the government. Hari Shrestha's case is just the tip of the ice-berg.

Is not this terrorism? If yes, who is terrorist? A simple logical deduction, even the senseless mao-badi can deduct this logic why not anyone else?

एक जना बैद्य थरका ब्याक्तीको ए सी र रेफ्रीजेरेटरको पसल थियो , भोटेबहालमा (पछि पसल छोडेर पत्रकारिता गरेका यि ब्याक्ती नेपाल का एकजना चर्चित् पत्रकार हुन । नाम चै उल्लेख नगरौ कि?) बैद्यको पसल बाट यि श्रेस्ठ ले ए सी का सामान मगाउने तर पैसा तिर्न भने पछि यिन लाइ ज्वरो आउने । ६, ७ महिना सम्म पनि श्रेस्ठ ले पैसा नतिरे पछि बैद्य लाइ चल्न सम्म झोक चल्यो । एक दिन होटल मा गएर पैसा मागे बैद्य ले । तर कन्जुस श्रेस्ठ ले किन पैसा दिन्थे । केहि बेर को चर्का चर्कि भए पछि पैसा नपाएको झोक मा बैद्य ले पेपर वेट उठाएर हाने श्रेस्ठ लाइ । उनलाइ लाग्न त लागेन र श्रेस्ठ ले बबाल खडा गरे । पुलिस बोलाए , रिपोर्ट लेखाए प्रशासन मा ।

कुरो पुग्यो तत्कालिन अंचलाधिस बिष्णु प्रताप शाह को मा ।उन्ले दुबै पक्ष लाइ अंचलाधिस कार्यालयमा बोलाए । तर श्रेष्ठ किन जान्थे , उन्को होटल को कुक लाइ पठाए । बिचरा कुक अञ्चलाधिस को सामुन्ने पर्ना साथ होस हवास उड्यो । रुदै बिन्ति गरे - सर मलाइ केहि थाहा छैन , म त साधारण करमाचारी हु ।

अञ्चलाधिस ले पुन: अर्को दिन श्रेष्ठ लाइ हाजिर हुन बोलाए । किन जान्थे श्रेस्ठ मरेकाट्टे गएनन । झोकि शाहले प्रहरी लाइ आदेश् दिए - पक्रेर ल्याओ । प्रहरीले पक्रेर त लग्यो तर श्रेष्ठ ले बयान दिनै मानेनन । परेन फसाद ।

शाहले थुन्ने धम्की दिएपछि श्रेस्ठ ले बयान त दिए तर यसरी —
 कति पैसा तिर्नु छ?
 छ होला १०, १५ हजार जति ( पैसा तिर्न भने ८० हजार जति बाकि थियो )

 अनि समान लगेपछि पैसा तिर्नु पर्दैन त?

 तिरौला बिस्तारै , पैसा भएपछि ( स्मरणिय छ , श्रेस्ठ को मा बाकी उठाउन जाने सबैलाइ यस्तै जबाफ दिन्छन, पैसा भएपछि दिउला न ! )

 शाहले कड्केर भने - तपाइ सामान लाने अनि पैसा चै भएको बेला तिर्ने भनेर टार्ने?

 श्रेस्ठ के कम - मैले सामान बुझेको होइन , कस्ले सामान बुझेको हो मलाइ थाहा छैन भन्ने पो जबाफ दिए ।
बिल भर्पाइ खोज्ने काम भयो - स्टोर का कर्मचारीले सामान बुझेका रहेछन् । श्रेस्ठ ले भने - ति कर्मचारी अहिले होटल छोडेर गैसके। मलाइ थाहा छैन । कति तिर्नु छ?

आजित भएका शाहले यो केश हेर्न जिम्मा तत्कालिन सहयक अञ्चलाधिश लाइ दिए( बस्नेत थरका सहायक अञ्चलाधिश थिए , नाम् चै अहिले बिर्से मैले ) बस्नेत अलि कडा स्वभाबका - श्रेस्ठ लाइ तुरुन्तै भने - पैसा तिर्ने भए तिर नत्र थुनिदिन्छु । खोर मा पर्ने धम्कि आएपछि भने श्रेस्ठ कालो निलो भए र पैसा तिर्ना राजि त भए तर १५ दिन को भाका मागे र भने - पैसा लिन होटलमा आउनु । तर बैद्यले अडान राखे - म होटलमा पैसा लिन जान्न् -पैसा ल्याएर प्रशासनमा बुझाउनु पर्छ र कागत च्यात्नु पर्छ ।
१५ दिन बित्यो तर श्रेष्ठ पैसा तिर्न आएनन । होटलमा बुझ्दा थाहा भयो , प्रशाशन बाट फर्केको पर्सी पल्टै श्रेष्ठ थाइल्याण्ड भागेछन ।

बारम्बार ताकेता गर्दा पनि श्रेष्ठ को अत्तोपत्तो थिएन । थाइल्याण्ड बाट त फर्केछन श्रेष्ठ तर होटलमा नगइ कसै लाइ थहा नदिइ त्रिपुरेश्वरको होटल ब्लु-बर्ड मा लुकेर बसेछन । एकदिन यिनै बैद्य पैसा उठाउन ब्लु-बर्ड होटल के पुगेका थिए - श्रेष्ठ फेला परिहाले । अब परेन फसाद श्रेष्ठ ले बिन्ति गरे - पुलिस नबोलाउनु , अहिल्यै पैसा दिन्छु ।

यो त एउटा सानो उदाहरण मात्र हो , अरु कति को पैसा ति यिनेले सित्तैमा पचाए । .................................................................................

There are plenty of businessman like Shrestha who are virtually making their employee a slave. No payment on time, no raise. Even they threaten to dismiss if they do not like. Even higly skilled employees are grossly manupulated by some businessman. They simply keep quite.

That does not mean, Maoist have to punish them. There is law. Who are they to punish? But reality -- they are punishing. This is brutal brutal act. I can not imagine how these maoist will run a country if they are given an opportunity.

There are employeers like that. I do not know the details of Shrestha's case. In either case, Maoist are not the one to punish him. If they were so much concerned about fellow employees, they could have taken the matter in court.
