are u a student? I live nearabout Folsom.

No,I'm done with my masters.But I might go to school to take license for teaching.Who knows! Nothing certain yet.
We'll move there by 1st or 2nd week of April.So need ideas like where to look for nice apts.,and so and so.

hey, are u looking in exactly in FOLSOM ? Or,is it ok in Sacramento? Folsom is just about 9 miles from me. And, I everyday go folsom to work by light rail. If you manage at Sacramento, I can help you. How many of you guys are u coming? With family or friends?

yes, It is just 9,10 miles from here. If you got a car, you will reach Folsom in about 15 minutes.You will get good apt in sacramento.Here you will get good, furnished as well as unfurnished apt. The apt. rent is about 850-1000. Also, there is also a good public transportation;light rails and public buses.

yes, lots of nepali here. large nepali community. But one ture thing is all nepali are either greencard holders or US citizens except me...hehe. Sacramento is better than folsom...

In what basis is Sacromentro better than Folsom?

:D, it depends on ur situations. If u want to attend schools, CSU is in sacramento. If you need public buses and light rail to go work or downtown you will get that. But, if you work on folsom, sacramento is not better place to live. However, i believe Folsom is cheaper than Sacramento.
