So far only the last rites of Bedija Kharel, 20 has been decided upon.
Bedija will be cremated here in Minneapolis on Thursday. We are in the
process of finalizing the exact time and location. We will update you as
soon as those details are finalized.

Bijay (Shrestha) dai, Ajib (Shrestha) dai and Krishna visited the hospital
in St. James to claim the bodies of Bedija and Nishma. Nishma's family has
requested her body to be flown back to Nepal. It appears that Utsav will
also will be creameted here. We, along with Padam dai, are working
feverishly to make a prompt but dignified arrangements for these young,
aspiring students whose lives were tragically cut short.

ANMN with the support from Nepalese and our friends in MN and around will
do whatever she can to provide the necessary support to the grieving
families back home and here to alleviate their gut wrenching pain.

Details regarding the funeral service for Bedija will be provided very
soon. Hopefully we will see many of you there to share this loss together.

What about fundraising like we did for Sekhar Regmi? If we are gonna fly Nishma's body to Nepal, it might cost quite a bit money. We, Sajha member, will do what we can do to help. What do you think guys?

Does anyone know the time of funeral????

Just a curious question : "does not insurance cover body transport cost?"

I have this question because my school wont let international student enroll in classes until we buy insurance that covers this charge.

Given all 3 were students I hope they had insurance. Will not their insurance cover the charge?

If all three were students, Im sure the insurance should cover sending their bodies back to Nepal. I think that is the best thing to do.....If it doesnt, I'm ready to contribute towards sendint the body back!!

Utsav brother Bibek was flying from sydney to USA last two week back do any one have any idea either he is there now or not because I have not seen Bibek in sydney after that. I think Utsav's parents live in USA. but how about other two gal? any way sorry for their parents and may goe keep these youngs soul in peace
