SIRDI/shreeD and Sai Baba are two different individuals! They are not the same! Before, you lay blame on someone please try to understand who are they and where they are from etc. SIRDI is very much respected saint and he is especially revered by South Indians including Marathas and Gujaraties. Young Intellectual South Indian sees him with great respect and some of them consider him as a god (I don't think he ever proclaimed himself as a God as Sai Baba supposedly did). He is already dead and I have not seen his name in any short of controversies. Now, the present Sai Baba (with artistic Hair) is still alive who ?supposedly? claims himself as the reincarnation of SIRDI and proclaimed himself a God (Let me make it clear that I am still not sure about whether it is Sai Baba or his followers who considered him as a God, there are lot of controversies about this issue). Generally, it is the followers who give the name ?God? to their deity and it is understandable! Someone mentioned that how come a man could be a God! But don?t you believe that Buddha, Jesus and Mohammad all were born as human and breathe their last breath as human but it is their good deeds and the excellent and worthy life that they lived for made their followers to consider them as ?God?. Lets come to Sai Baba, he has, I guess, millions of followers and many of them are well educated and are scattered all over 6 continents hopefully, except, A?tica. You will find a considerable percentage of his Nepalese followers and most of them are from Nepali elite classes (I mean, well educated and rich). The most amazing part of this story is that he has never visited anyone of these countries except some low profile two countries some where from Africa or Asia. If you visit his Ashram at Putta Pardi in AndraPardesh you would be surprised to see 80-90% of visitors/pilgrims are westerns/foreigners and around 2-5% are Nepalese! Well, if you ask me if I am his follower and do I consider him as a God. My answer is no I am not his follower, I am just an observer and consider him as a great human probably a great saint! And if you ask me if you are impressed by him? I would say, Yes I am pretty much impressed by his benevolent activities such as his involvement in health care, drinking water educational and a lot more social activities/programs that he has organized and managed to provide a ray of hope to poorest of the poor, for example, who has heart abnormalities and can not afford his/her treatment, you will find Sai Baba?s super hospital treating that patient, changing his/her heart valve absolutely free of cost, do u see such thing happening in anywhere in this Universe? At least he is doing something for the benefit of the people from the resources that he managed to create himself. I think he is far better than any politicians and any individuals like us; do we have done anything that we are proud of ourselves? I was completely broken when I visited his Super Hospital at Putta Pardhi and thoughts started to circle into my mind how a single man who is not from an elite family, has no formal education has/had no greater political connections and still manages to create his own universe, attracts thousands of people from all over the world and does all sorts of benevolent things. He must be a great human if not a God! But again what is God? Also, I am really fascinated by his patriotism especially his Telegu Nationalism, He never gives his speeches other than in his mother language-Telegu. It is not that he does not know English or Hindi. He rather prefers to have his speech translated into English by a translator who translates his speech immediately into English. Yes, it is true that there have been some controversies over his allegedly sexual behaviors and his proclamation of being himself a God. In fact, I personally don?t care about his sexual activities as long as those activities do not affect the larger population in the society. There are so many good things to learn from him and there might be very few things to ignore from him! Nut

Hindu has only one god that is OM [Barma, Bishnu maheshwoer] and other are creation of god and there is 33 Millions of creation.Relegion is a one kind of rule to maintain the relationship between HUman society and other creation so in my opinion if you don't do anything worg or harm that is called You are religious. Going Temple to take the training to make bomb, kill other doesn't carry any religious value, that is just devil.
