If date of birth is wrong in passport and in visa then how can i correct it.Now i am in canada so any body can suggest me what to do? Please help me.

Don't worry !!!

Just go to the nearest embaasy (Nepal) and explain to them about the mistake.They can write a correct date of birth for you on a seperate page.

I mean Nepali emabassy, hai.

. If the DOB is wrong on your PP, go for the amendment from where it was issued or near by Nepali Embassy as suggested by Bhanja. Similarly, for the mistyped on visa to the particular embassy.
It's not your fault. Hence, not a big deal.
But, DO IT ASAP.

Thanks for your advice.Iwant to ask u one more question.Now i am in canada.I got the visa from Nepal.I have to inform canadian embassy or not about this mistake?Nepali embassy can change my date of birth?

As far as i know you don't have to notify any canadian authority Just incase if it comes up later on you can show them your passport and explain them that it was corrected by the embassy. and yes, embassy can do that for you. Just call them and talk to them.
