Racheeta,
First, Congratulations!
Second, to answer your question, here's one word answer: Yesterday.
Seriously, girl, I am not being cheeky here. You should start job hunting asap. You did not mention your field, but it's tough out there and it's never too early to look for a job.
Good luck.

Start posting your resume everywhere and before you go an interview just check if the company is selling pyramid schemes. TC

Sooner is better. The best place to start is go and talk to your Career Services Advisor in your school. Before posting your resume and applying elsewhere , just make sure that you've a good resume, cover letter and you know all the basics of job hunting.

Network Network Network. Posting resumes everywhere probably wont get you a job.. Try to network with people.. talk to friends, family, teachers, anybody.... thats the best way of getting a job- through personal connections.
Good luck.

Posting resume everywhere means you don't have the capability to sell yourself or you lack skills to be competitive in the market. The most important place for a student to find a great job is school. Keep an eye on the dates when employers come to interview candidates. Good employers go to good schools. If you are not from a great school, then I would suggest networking. And networking does not mean networking with people who are just like you. They will prove useless. Always network with people who could bring value to your career. Get out of the brown crowd. The only crowd that dominates the US finance/legal market is the White and Indian Brown crowd. Better start networking with them. I've never sent a blind resume or a blind college application. I do it once I get an indication of interest.
