Dear All,

I was wondering how could we get all the informations reagarding  vaccination for immigration purpose as required by civil surgeons. I don't think any one of us had record of vaccination done when we was child. Please do share how you guys got it.

You can check with USCIS authorized civil surgeon. If you dont have records, you will get new shots and will be cleared.

If you are an Adult (Age 18-55), You would need the following vaccinations.
Td/ Tdap
Varicella (If not had a history of chickenpox)
MMR, and
Flu shot

Varicella shot alone costs over $100.

 Thanks Stat and Dimag Kharab, I got titer of most and even got Tdap but even they want polio and figured out that polio vaccine is not given in every doctor office. But anyway thanks for the suggestion. Do you guys have any idea once I140 and I 485 is file, how long it takes to get Green card.

Polio (IPV/OPV) is not required for GC.
