I would go back to Dhoti, apologize whatever happened, joined back to him. At the same time keep looking for another. If dhoti allows/forgives to come back work with him till I get another. As soon as you get the better one, shift. Khokro pride le afailai hani huncha, ni saathi ho, haina ra?

Dhoti ko kam nagare dhau dhau parne nepali haru....kuwa ko bhaguto kuwa ma nai....kaso ta sathi...? aba hunu parena ta jobless...aafno kam gara, kasaiko naramro nasocha....jaskoma kam garyo usailai owner bhanna nasakne le k kam garna sakcha.....dhoti ta hamro Nepalma pani Bahun baje harule laucha ni...Who ever where ever GIVE RESPECT , TAKE RESPECT . don't mind sathi....jaha kam paincha ni tyo hamro annadata ho...so waht ever gore, kale, dhoti (better to say Indians ) .
