Hey folks--I am planning to buy a Play Station 2 for my nephew back home in Nepal..While I was searching it online, its format says NTSC(North America),So I got confused if Play Station 2 bought in USA works in Nepal..If you have experience of buying Play Sation 2 in USA to use in Nepal, please share your experince..
May this New year bring peace(mental and economical) to our country, joy to Nepalese home and smile to all of us!
Thanks

yah you can buy it and take it to nepal... it will work.. but the games found in nepal won't be working out for the PS2.. if you add the chip or something in the PS2 that you bought here.. which will cost you around 1400 i guess.. then you are good to enjoy all American made games as well as Khasa made game in the PS2...N'joy
