I am moving to Miami for a new job beginning 2nd week of September. I would really appreciate if somebody could help me find a roommate or accommodate me till I find my own place, would be awesome. I do not know anyone in the area, so any kind of help would be appreciated.

I am not in miami. But just an advice- why don't you stay in weekly rates motel/hotel. They are not very expensive in case you don't find any roomate or accomodation place.

I would have, if it was temporary. but I got a permanent gig so, thats not very helpful.
