Best way is to ask your system admin or whoever is in charge.
If you still insist on doing it yourself, well it is possible to monitor the wireless traffic and crack the key. They say that WEP isn't secure enough. But I wouldn't go for this option unless I wouldn't mind getting arrested.
The key is stored somewhere in your computer, and you should be able to recover it. Unfortunately I haven't tried that yet (I haven't been in that situation.. Its easier to reset the router
