New trend in Nepali websites is that they start off with too many advertisements. Even if a site has potential of becoming popular, the ads makes it seem like just another attempt at making some money. Sites have to follow the Google philosophy. First become useful, give good information, then start monetizing the site. Sajha.com also followed similar philosophy as google because in the starting couple of years there were no advertisements and then suddenly there were 20 plus.
