With the Historic proclamation, Nepal has just begun paving a way to establish a society with justice and equal opportunity for her people after centuries of discrimination to majority of her people. There can't be more happier and hopeful day for Nepal. I am seeing lot of possibilities for all Nepalese, especially those who have survived centuries of social discrimination and economic deprivation. I have never been more optimistic about Nepal’s future before.
This proclamation must be worst nightmare for the many privileged families and off course, the royal families. Now these individuals need to learn to earn their life like majority of Nepalese have been doing for many centuries.
Probably the proclamation’s secularity statement might have angered some Hindu societies but you have to understand without being a secular state, a country with diverse ethnic groups with their own culture and language can’t be a complete democratic society.
Most importantly, being secular doesn’t take away anything from any religious belief.
We all need to understand that we are building a new Nepal without a any social Hierarchy. We are creating an environment where we don’t have look for certain caste to be a teacher, or solder, or prime minister, or tailor or blacksmith but the one with right knowledge and skill. We are moving ahead to destroy our all social boundaries so that we can make your economic boundaries equal. Friends, lets spread glory of this movement so it doesn’t die unfinished.

peace
