Truth for this statement depends on facts of each case. Each person is unique and thinks differently. it is not necessary that you have to be in an educational institution to be in status. There are people who were enrolled, dropped out and are still in US; they don't care and neither does Uncle Sam unless you are in the wrong side of the law. I feel these people are stronger than those who join college for being in status. Why? first off, you spend a lot of money paying for tuition. Secondly, you gotta maintain an average grades and if you are enrolled for the heck of it then it's gonna create unnecessary mental pressure. when your main goal is to stay in United States then you might as well look for other ways to be in status. why go through a menatl and financial burden?? on another note, if you arn't enrolled in an instution by your choice then you ain't gonna learn nothing. It is what you put in that you get out of it. ------

or for some it might be the other way round.. "Have to be in status in order to get the education in US" :-)

That's really true my fren, i really like the your thoughts but the last note that u mentioned "if you arn't enrolled in an instution by your choice then you ain't gonna learn nothing. It is what you put in that you get out of it." it's true but think outside the box. i mean let us put these wayr Choice=money...People who are studying in any instution are not there by their choices it's because they can afford it and at same time can maintain thier status that's the resaon people often transfers from one institution to another but these can not are not be necessarily true to those who are can afford so, it depends matter fact both are there just for status. so what next is always been the question and what strikes you it's your deja vu......

Buzz, This is a free country. you will never get more freedom of choice here than anywhere else. by saying "Choice=Money" are you implying that they do not want to be there and decision are being thrust upon them. If that is so then, they are fools wasting time that could have been utilized into doing something productive. Or are you saying by "Choice=Money" in the sense to earn money you have to be in US. Clarify please..
