Hi You are exactly right. In case of Mobile you can exchange within few days but you can't in case of marrige.

I guess, in marriage too, one can totally nullify the agreement easily these days .. heheh...and not only go for totaly different "model" but also change the "service provider" itself ( T-mobile, sprint, verizon etc aka Nepali, american, chinese, latino, european and so on and so forth). Ofcourse, one has to pay for some cancelation (adjusting to diff culture, alimony) fees. That sucks I guess. hehe...:p) In Jest, IndisGuise;)

well ya but most of the times,you end up paying a lot...may be as much as half your fortune...as a cancellation fee. On top of that, if you had a family share plan(ie, had kids), then you're obligated to pay cancellation fee throughout your lifetime..on a daily basis...?? and your application for a new plan from a diff service provider will be declined almost all the time just cause you had a family share plan with your previous service provider??? thats weird!
