Just came back from the Dasain Party !!!

Gurkha Camp brought a cultural troup from Nepal this wear to entertain us, the resident, this year.I think the "concert" was not bad.But I must say this,"The lighting and sound sucks !!"

Anyway, I want to wish all the sajha members a memorable Dasain !!!!

tha ed hunter 'told' me lots about it ;o).....dyam i feel like i've been to most of them..and missed some..but really freakn missing the party tonight!....and they brought a cultural troup?dyam!!...no mamas puttin on some some make-up and lo9oking chuaks?;oP heard a lot about it hehe..dyam wanna see it...

Been trying to access sajha.com but there seems to something wrong.Well now it is up and running, I will try to post some picture.But right now I am at work.Will the do the posting when I get home.

Talking about the "mamas" putting on female costume and dancing as a female used to to be a norm in GC and it still is.But I think you should actually salute them for being brave enough to go through such an unmanly thing.

Anyway GC has changed so much that I myself sometime feel quiet out of place even though I still reside here.I guess once I am out of GC and somewhere out there I would miss GC too.

Will try to the picture of the latest happning in GC just so that our former Bhanjas pf GC are well informed.As wrote b4, I myself feel like alien in GC so somtime.Makes me feel a bit uneasy.
