To all those people being fooled by dems with hopes of plan B, C ,D…… here is the link to ruling in its entirety. It clearly states that any bill that changes The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) cannot be included in the reconciliation bill. So chances of any immigration bill being included in reconciliation bill is zero. Only other option is get rid of filibuster and bring separate immigration bill to senate floor and pass with 51 votes. But black caucuses and labor unions (they are the only reason each time immigration reform failed in the past) wont let it happen.
Here is the full text of the ruling :

Read the ruling yourself, and make your own judgements.

@sanaklaal i have nothing against u or TPS holders. I m just trying to help u guys. All i m saying is dont bet your future on the passage of immigration bill. It has less than .01% chance of passage. The sooner you guys realize this, the better off you guys will be. People spent so much time and energy in 2007-8 immigration bill, when the republicans were onboard. Public sentiments and republicans were not as anti immigrant back then. Population of undocumented latinos were far less back then compared to now. Can you guess what happened then ? Democrats killed it by introducing too liberal poison pill amendments. Democrats killed it because of pressure from black caucuses and labor unions. Those who moved on are better off now than those who sold for obama’s HOPE slogan and hijacked their life hoping it will pass one day..... 2013 reform. Treat the immigration reform like hitting a jackpot lottery. if it happens, Good. If it doesn’t, it wont affect an ounce of your life. Because Then you will have other options. You wont bet your future on hitting jackpot lottery. do u ? You have TPS, which will go on forever ( remember one golden principle : its hard to give something new, its harder to take it away once given). Get ahead in your career and life, you will find other options to get GC.

Excellent points Bairaghi! You are wishing well to all the hopefuls but at the same time telling them the hard reality. I agree with you, it is a good idea to pursue other paths for legalization rather than waiting solely on the immigration bill and be at the mercy of the politicians.
