Hello everyone,
I am in the US and am trying to get my documents evaluated. I sent documents to CGFNS for evaluation and got this message back.

"A Transkript mailed directly from your school of Nursing. Please have your school of nursing convert the marks into hours. Please remember that we can only accept transkripts which were sent directly from the school to CGFNS; we cannot accept transkripts sent by any other source."

So I called them and they told me that the nursing college needs to convert the marks into hours. I contacted my college in Nepal, they said they would do the conversion and after they were done, I had my relative send the documents to them through DHL.

After few months of waiting, I am getting this message again. I am about to call them again but they are not so helpful and I will probably get the same response back again.

Hoping to get some insights from you guys. Thank you for any help.

They mean credit hours. Courses in states are usually 3 or 4 credit hrs per class. 120 hrs are required for graduation for undergrad here.
You need the same levels of conversion.

Look at the courses offered here and try to get an idea of which class offered relates to the ones you took back home.

Thanks maxpayne for the response!

In case this is useful to someone in the future, here is how mine got solved.

The transkript issued by Nepalese University just has the subject name, full marks, pass marks and obtained marks. What they were looking for was equivalent credit hours. So what I did was create a separate word document that looks similar to transkript but added an extra column for credit hours. The value for this column for each subject can be found in the syllabus provided by the university. Then sent this document to my college, where they printed it on their letterhead and sent it again to CGFNS. This time it was approved!
