Hello folks I have a question to ask. So,the termination of TPS will not go into effect until further notice, when will we (TPS holders with EAD) be able to fill out the paper work to extend EAD?

EAD will auto extend until Jan. Wait until the notice. You can check similar announcements for other countries on the lawsuit.

Once they add a new version of the Federal Notice which will state the validity of the work authorization. I'm guessing other countries got 9 month extension so if I'm correct Nepal shall get till March 2020 but i could be wrong on that.

I am applying for advanced parole. Do I need to apply for tps Or the federal notice would do? I check and it says if it is filing together we have to send together to different USCIS office.

nepalipeople19 was you TPS previously approved? The website doesn't say to apply for TPS as it will get automatically extended as long as you re-register last year.

For AP, I'm applying it along with EAD

So, for AP we need to apply EAD compulsory? I don’t think I will apply for EAD right now. I just want to apply AP, will there be any problem? I am worried if I will have issues in PoE
