Listen to the trump's speech below ! How exciting ! 3 year extension of TPS... all in the right time. https://news.yahoo.com/trump-offers-deal-immigration-shutdown-hits-wall-024617950.html;_ylt=AwrUiZhnsERczncAvqYPxQt.;_ylu=X3oDMTByb2lvbXVuBGNvbG8DZ3ExBHBvcwMxBHZ0aWQDBHNlYwNzcg-- On day 29 of the longest government shutdown in U.S. history, President Trump took to the White House Diplomatic Room to deliver a proposal that, he promised, would “break the logjam and provide Congress with a path forward to end the government shutdown.” Trump’s new offer includes extensions of legal protections for --- Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders - 3 years — refugees living in the United States who face persecution or other dangers in their home countries — and the 700,000 beneficiaries of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, program, sometimes called “Dreamers.” Any other good news .... Good job Trump...

https://www.apnews.com/9bbaddf680d24b5788c5777d12096645 Trump also proposed a three-year extension to the temporary protected status the U.S. offers to immigrants fleeing countries affected by natural disasters or violence. Officials said the exemption would apply to about 300,000 people who currently live in the U.S. under the program and have been here since 2011. That means people from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Haiti — countries that saw the status revoked since Trump took office — would get a reprieve. Is Nepal even included in this already rejected deal ?

Actually Nepal and Sudan is not included. In the 1300 pages spending bill submitted by republicans on Monday, it only protects 6 countries excluding Nepal and Sudan.

NOT for NEPAL. Those countries who have requested to extend will be included but not Nepal who's government and Embassy have done nothing to help their fellow citizens in the US.

More than Adhikar, call the office of Dick Durbin, Lindsay Graham, Chuck Schumer & John Cornyn & request to include Nepal in any further negotiations regarding TPS people. This bill won’t pass but they might work on some comprehensive bipartisan bill to open the govt and prey that Nepal is not excluded.

If this Shut down goes further, federal court will also shut down. Adhikar might not have time to file lawsuit.
