my petition for alien relative has been stuck in CSC for about 10 months now. does anybody have the same thing going on? how many more months do i have to wait?

10 months for I-130 is a lot. Have you checked the processing time? check to see if your case is within processing time and if not then you can call the USCIS to expedite. Happened to few people whom I known and got resolved after calling them. Ask for their supervisor while calling. Those front line CS are of no help and just repeats what you see in website.

Yes, always feel free to call when you need answers. That is the best solution. If you are not satisfied with the answer, do call them again and talk to a different customer rep as I have found myself that some are more experienced than others. I feel only few government employees have in depth knowledge about the process. Many read the policies directly to you from their computer screen. Keep calling!!!

Yeah, something weird is going on. I thought TSC processed applications the fastest, but upon my recent check the application processing date has been pushed back a month. For eg, from Dec 16 to Nov 16 for I485 processing. Having said that I wouldn't be surprised if same is the case with other service centers.
