This is a very gray area right now. Since Policy steps by the current Government are uncertain in this specific case, most likely the Immigration Attorney that you talk to will not have a certain answer. But I do advise, you pose this question to Free Legal Advise type forms online and try to gauge what few Atorneys might advise.

Unfortunately, I do not have any worthy advise to share on this. I am bumping up your topic; let's see what views others hold about this.
