Can somebody tell me the country of residence in the form 821 at 2.11. Should it be Nepal or USA as an F-1 student?

If you refer to this, it should be Nepal.

My I821 form does not have barcode at the bottom of each page like raj2015 posted on that website. And it does not have Part 8 and beyond.

Once you print out, it will be there. We cannot see before it is saved or printed. This is not the right form. It is the old sample. I posted it to make sure on the country of residence part.

So the new form is not going to have the barcode, correct?
At the bottom of very page it says: FOR USCIS USE ONLY and Form I-821 02/20/14 N
It has 11 pages and does not show barcode after you print it as-well.

it does. Are you using the right version of adobe reader? it changes once you saved or printed. This is what happened with me. I am not sure on your case.

so you are telling me there's barcode on each of the 11 pages on I-821? I did it on mac book and windows and downloaded the new adobe reader but the result is the same.

I did not get barcode on macbook but on windows computer, i used IE browser then got the bar code to appear all across the bottom of the page.

i just see one single line on each page above "For UsCis use only " is that good
