  Is there anyone flying from Washington DC (IAD) on Qatar Airways on Feb 4th? My mom is trying to go...She has been travelling by herself so far, but this time she could enjoy a company.

But the good thing is; I had not hit the 'Buy' button yet..when I actuall did it..it didn't go through anyway. Now, I'll play with the dates to see what is available.

Need help. My mom will be flying to KTM from IAD-Doha-KTM (Qatar airways). I am looking for someone to accompany her. Tentative date of travel: last week (after october 21) to November 15. It will be great help. She has never traveled by herself. Again, thanks for your help.

guys Why don;t you ask help directly with the airlines i?? i wonder.

They will provide  wheel chair or assistant.. hassle free. All airlines have the same facilities .. no fees..its completely FREE.

I have tried that and airlines will not provide any personal info due its policy. I have thought about the wheel chair assistance as well but in November there is about 10 hrs transit in Doha; that is too long for a person who has never traveled by herself and with almost no English. Thanks for your suggestion. Appreciate it.

Even the person who doesn't  speak and understand English still you can request the service which is known as MAAS ( idk the full meaning, one travel agent told me) .

Actually,  My grandmom who traveled from US to KTM last summer has 10 hrs transit as well. We request the same service , we were worried but when she told us it was a great experience ..then from that day we are using that  service. She does to/fro without any companion.

It's our experience ..just want to share.
