Right now I am in Opt and have been working for a company since last two months before that I worked for other company for almost 3 months.And I have recently applied for a 17 month opt extension from my current company. During my 12 months opt period, once I also joined an IT consultancy and worked for 2-3 months for them as well. 

My current company is a small company (7-10 employee) but have said that they will sponsor H1B for me. The thing is I was looking forward going to Nepal between October and December, while in opt. Is this a good idea to travel to Nepal in an opt period. Can there be any trouble when returning. If anybody has travelled before during his/her OPT would you kindly share your experience, Please. 

You'll be fine. Just get a new I-20 from your school and you're all set! But don't travel when your H1 is being processed and since you already applied for an OPT extension, I'd also suggest you to wait until the extension is granted.
